The saved note
Brenuloki records the name, email, subject, message and consent supplied in the form, together with any optional table description. A reference and receipt timestamp are added. There are no attachment or payment fields.
Use and retention
A note may be reviewed and used for related correspondence. It stays in the enquiry records until manual removal; no automatic deletion period has been set. The form does not add you to a subscription or send an automatic email.
Browser choices and abuse prevention
Checklist ticks are kept on the same device. The pace selector and game search do not create a persistent profile. A briefly retained hashed network identifier limits rapid repeat posts. Standard hosting logs may exist, while advertising and external analytics are absent.
Access or removal
Write through the contact page using the original email and reference if you have it. Explain whether you want access, a correction or deletion. Proportionate verification may be needed to protect the record from an unrelated request.
